Building & Grounds Maintenance

1st Shift | $17-$20/hr, depending on experience

We are looking for a dependable Building & Grounds Maintenance worker to assist with general upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of facilities and surrounding property. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities may include:

• Perform basic building repairs and preventative maintenance
• Repair doors, locks, fixtures, walls, and other facility components
• Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
• Painting, patching, and minor carpentry
• Maintain outdoor grounds and property
• Mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general cleanup
• Snow and ice removal when needed
• Inspect equipment and facilities for maintenance needs
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
• Assist with other general maintenance projects as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous building, facility, apartment, industrial, or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and mechanically inclined

Schedule: 1st Shift

Pay: $17-$20/hour, depending on experience
