Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Projects & Infrastructure Manager to lead the successful execution of capital and infrastructure projects while ensuring operational continuity across our manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Projects Director, this role plays a critical part in coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role will also be responsible for the execution of facility maintenance, infrastructure assessment, and the gap closure plan to align with business needs.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage execution of major capital and expansion projects to established schedule and budget
  • Coordinate across internal departments and external contractors to deliver seamless project execution
  • Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Ensure alignment between operational requirements and capital project activities
  • Motivate department leads to support and complete project activities on schedule
  • Track progress and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of project and facility engineers (4–6 direct reports)
  • Oversee facility maintenance strategies and infrastructure improvement plans
  • Identify gaps and implement solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement while minimizing costs and risks
  • Capex and Opex budget management


What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or manufacturing related field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction or manufacturing project leadership
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business, or manufacturing related field
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • Expertise in project management tools, systems, and methodologies
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Work Environment

  • Combination of office and manufacturing settings in a large, heavy manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
