Partner with the best
As a Quality Specialist, you are responsible to develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Establishing and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.
  • Ensuring customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are taken into account in the tender proposal.
  • Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions
  • Communicating the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
  • Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.
  • Servicing unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field will be an added advantage.
  • Have 4 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Management. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering.
  • Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact and to coordinate several projects simultaneously
