A leading industrial equipment manufacturer is hiring a Project Manager/Project Engineer to support their operations team. Located in Honey Brook, PA, the role requires on-site presence and a solid background in managing manufacturing projects. This opportunity involves coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing project execution within a technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project kick-offs, clearly communicating scope, timelines, and resource needs to teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met with quality standards.
• Track and report on project progress, addressing potential delays or issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, managing risks and executing recovery plans as needed.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing manufacturing or heavy industry projects.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of welding codes, non-destructive evaluation, and GD&T principles.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools like MS Project or similar.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; physically capable of performing essential job functions.
