Job Overview:

Position:

Project Manager, Transformation & Change Enablement

Job Description:

Digital at Arrow means more than AI and technology implementations. At Arrow, we believe that data-enabled capabilities, customer-centric experiences, and insight-driven decision-making are essential for delivering customer value and driving business growth at scale. The Digital organization develops scalable, innovative business strategies and commercial capabilities that enable our Global Components business to thrive.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager and Change Champion to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives across our Global Components business. This is a business-focused project management role that bridges Product Management and cross-functional delivery teams—including Analytics, Marketing, IT, and Experience Design—to drive successful outcomes at scale.

The ideal candidate brings a strong command of project management methodologies and a working knowledge of change enablement practices (like PROSCI). You understand that delivering a project on time is only half the job—ensuring that people understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working is what makes transformation stick. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital transformation, operational excellence, and creating lasting business impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, OKRs, and defined scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dashboards; monitor progress and proactively surface risks and issues.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.

  • Work closely with Product Management and Experience Design to translate strategy into tactical delivery roadmaps.

  • Identify, assess, and implement risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

  • Drive resolution in cross-functional problem solving, communication, and integration across local and international teams.

Drive Stakeholder Alignment & Governance

  • Facilitate project status reporting and executive briefings that are clear, concise, and decision-ready.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across a matrixed organization, working through influence rather than authority.

  • Ensure consistent communication of project scope, status, decisions, and dependencies across all stakeholder groups.

Enable Change Readiness & Adoption

  • Partner with business unit leaders and managers to assess stakeholder impact and build readiness for project-driven changes.

  • Develop targeted communications—including project updates, rollout announcements, and training coordination—to guide stakeholders from awareness to adoption.

  • Support the activation of change champions or business leads who serve as connectors between project teams and end users.

  • Create feedback mechanisms to surface adoption barriers, and use insights to adjust plans and improve outcomes.

  • Celebrate milestones and share success stories to build momentum and sustain engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record delivering complex digital transformation projects in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

  • Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Aha!, and Microsoft Project.

  • Ability to analyze project performance data and metrics to inform decisions and course corrections.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and composed under pressure; proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for audiences from frontline teams to executive leadership.

  • Business fluency in English (minimum C1 level).

  • Please note we are not able to sponsor candidates for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager in a digital B2B or technology environment.

  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter) and how to apply them practically within a project context.

  • Experience supporting or coordinating change agent networks, communication programs, or adoption initiatives alongside project delivery.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role and you will need to be onsite at the Denver Panorama Office, Phoenix Sky Harbor Office, or Peabody, MA Office.
