Project Manager – Signage & Fabrication

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from contract to completion — managing budgets, schedules, production, installation, and customer communication. You’ll serve as the key link between our sales, design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects from design through permitting, production, installation, and invoicing
- Oversee budgets and maintain acceptable profit margins
- Provide creative solutions to customer needs while meeting deadlines
- Prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct site visits and site investigations as required
- Collaborate with design, engineering, production, and installation teams to keep projects moving
- Review and interpret design packages and drawings
- Qualify, negotiate, and manage subcontractors for permitting, estimating, and installation
- Track all projects using internal reporting systems and software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing
- Ensure compliance with company processes related to scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and invoicing
- Maintain confidentiality of service and customer information
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of professional project management experience (signage or construction industry required)
- Ability to read, understand, and perform take-offs from blueprints and plans
- OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); Salesforce knowledge preferred
- A positive, persistent attitude with the ability to thrive in both independent and team environments
- Valid Class C driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
