Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and healthcare mechanical construction projects throughout Southern Illinois and the surrounding region.

What You'll Do
- Manage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and job costs
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Review RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
- Conduct jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met
- Track project progress and profitability
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or commercial construction
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction projects
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and process piping
