ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and motivate project teams by fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring they have the resources needed to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Coordinate internal and third-party resources to ensure successful project execution, including managing timelines, budgets, and scope, and facilitate project delivery accordingly.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans to track progress, and measure performance using appropriate systems and techniques; ensure internal communications reflect project statuses and new implementations.
- Implement a change control process to evaluate and approve scope changes, ensuring that they are documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of project updates, scope changes, and risk factors, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Regularly monitor and report on the progress of all active projects and provide management with updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring that project teams are adequately staffed, and that resource availability aligns with project requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional leadership on the planning, oversight, and execution of new development projects to ensure the smooth launch of new products, ensuring they integrate effectively.
- Work with the Quality Manager to support ISO procedures, including the development, documentation, and execution of quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, focusing on cost reduction and maintaining expenses by ensuring the efficient use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Lead the closure of projects by ensuring all deliverables are completed, conducting post-project evaluations, and documenting lessons learned; ensure that all project documentation is finalized and stored appropriately for future reference or maintenance.
- Provide feedback to management, offering recommendations to improve the effectiveness of operational groups.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or 2+ years of experience in project management and/or leadership roles.
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Analyzes situations to develop creative and effective solutions, including navigating complex topics with tact and diplomacy.

- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, striving for effective time management and continuous improvement in all deliverables.
- Experience with project management software to plan, track, and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and document management.
