This position plays a key role in shaping our most impactful projects—from airport systems to large-scale automation—by serving as the bridge between technical teams, business development, and executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
Project Leadership & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for high-impact projects, including internal updates and external stakeholder engagement.
Budget & Schedule Ownership
- Plan, manage, and track complex budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Proactively identify variances and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize operational disruptions and ensure full compliance with reporting and funding obligations.
Team & Culture Building
- Mentor junior project managers and support staff.
- Promote collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8–10 years of project and construction management experience for complex, operational, capital projects (preferably in airport baggage handling systems or related industrial automation).
- Proven ability to manage projects in high-stakes, 24/7 operational environments.
- Experience interacting with senior executives, stakeholders, and occasionally regulatory bodies.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Expertise in budgets, schedules, resource management, and reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Enterprise Project systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to travel up to 20% - 40% depending on project and project locations.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
