What You’ll Do:

 

  • Lead complex industrial projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Schedule, track, and report on costs, milestones, and scope changes.
  • Coordinate internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment.
  • Resolve customer issues and guide change order processes.
  • Partner with application engineers to support proposals and business development.
  • Collaborate across engineering, purchasing, production, and QA teams to meet project objectives.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Associate Degree in a technical field or business field
  • Experience: 7+ years in project management (or 5+ years in Custom Manufacturing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment
  • Physically able to lift up-to 50 lbs and work full-time in an office-based role

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • PMP or CAPM certification
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or heavy equipment
  • Experience managing cost schedules and project cash flow
  • Exposure to risk mitigation and project recovery plans

 

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

 

  • Combination of office and fabrication shop environments.
  • Regular exposure to welding, inspection, and manufacturing areas.
  • Must follow all safety protocols.
  • Occasional travel to supplier or customer sites.
