WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Review quotes, scope, deliverables, and contracts.
Conduct Sales-to-Ops handoff meetings.
Lead customer kickoff meetings.
Secure and allocate project resources.
Develop project plans and schedules in SmartSheet.
Perform project forecasting.
Manage project aspects, including issues, change control, communications, resources, procurement, budget, and schedule.
Oversee schedule management at the task, deliverable, hours, dates, and budget levels.
Keep SmartSheet Job Intake forms updated.
Update planned hours and project information in NetSuite as needed.
Ensure quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project inventory.
Serve as the on-site project interface.
Provide status reporting.
Handle AIA requests.
Process PO receiving as needed.
Oversee project closeout and handoff to Service.

Approve client invoicing and progress billing.
Obtain signed Material Transfer forms.
Ensure Sales Order edits for projects are handled by the Project Accountant.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

3+ years of experience in the security field.
3-5 years of experience in relevant technology Security alarm sub-systems and with pre-sales development of security projects (audits, surveys, cost estimates, etc.).
Certified in Amag, Lenel, Genetec, S2, Milestone, Exacq, Kantech, Pelco, and/or Avigilon, preferred.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams.
Proficient with ERP systems and developing reports for management review.
Experience with at least one of the following: public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil infrastructure construction, desired.
PMP (Project Management Professional) highly desired or working towards PMP.
