Here's what you will do as a member of the Project Management team

• Create project work plans.
• Communicate timelines and deliverables to project team.
• Assist with identifying and developing mitigation plans for potential risks.
• Prepare change order labor and material estimates and generate change order quote letters.
• Resolve basic issues with project implementation.
• Create optimal project plan.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with project team to ensure a quality product is delivered to the customer.
• Monitor milestones and adjust deliverables and dates as needed – update internal systems and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate potential scope creep.
• Provide assistance with solution design, testing, training and/or documentation.
• Provides status reports as needed.
• Monitor hours to date against project plans and communicates accordingly.
• Monitor billing milestones and provide billing data to Accounting.
• Contribute to developing project management standards and tools which include procedures, tools, templates, etc.
• Conduct debrief with project team to learn what worked, what did not, etc.
• Provide final written report.
• Follow-up with customer on overall satisfaction with the project.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a project management-related role or participation in project management coursework
• Proficient in Outlook/Microsoft Office products including Excel and MS Project
