**PROJECT MANAGER - 

**Hardscaping & Landscaping Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple residential hardscaping and landscaping projects across Georgia. This role is ideal for someone who understands the work deeply and can ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

This is not a general PM role. Industry-specific experience is required.

What You’ll Do 

• Oversee multiple active projects across Georgia 

• Travel between job sites (up to 3 to 4 hours driving on busy days) 

• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines 

• Ensure crews are following plans, schedules, and scope 

• Communicate regularly with Foremen and leadership 

• Identify and resolve issues before they impact timelines or quality 

• Maintain accurate project updates in JobTread 

• Ensure alignment between schedule, scope, and execution 

What You Bring 

• Proven experience in hardscaping and landscaping project management 

• Strong understanding of project elements including pavers, patios, drainage, grading, and structural components 

• Ability to read and interpret plans and ensure proper execution 

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Comfortable with frequent travel between job sites
