Job Description

SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from project kick-off, to implementation and final hand-off to operational teams.   Projects will span all areas of the company and will range in scope and complexity from small to large.  Projects may be externally focused on delivering solutions to our customers, or may be internally focused on operational changes and improvements.  This role will be highly visible and will contribute to the success of the company in a meaningful way.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
• Responsible for promoting culture of safety
• Manages broad scope projects across all aspects of the business 
• Keeps projects on track, provides project leadership, and communicates expectations on deliverables to project teams
• Manages multiple projects at once
• Provides discipline and structure to project teams to ensure that each project delivers the expected benefits in the expected timeframe
• Helps overcome obstacles by facilitating discussions, and helps the team leverage all available tools and resources
• Proactively addresses project issues to avoid small problems from becoming large
• Performs other duties as assigned
