Description
JobBoss Project Manager JobBoss Project Manager: 6-12 month effort with the expectation that post implementation they become a superuser and long term system support.
- Develop and maintain the JobBoss project plan, timeline, and milestones across all phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Sales, IT, and Shop Floor).
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when necessary.
- Facilitate regular steering committee and project update meetings.
- Track project budget and resource allocation.
- Ensure change management and training plans are executed effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison between vendor support/consultants and internal teams.
- Oversee testing, validation, and approval processes prior to go-live.
- Develop and implement sustainment activities including knowledge transfer, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
