Job Description

Looking for an experienced construction Project Manager with a background in heavy civil construction who can successfully oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Access roads and substation work and railroad work

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience managing heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience coordinating Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Experience managing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders
• Ability to monitor project financial performance and identify potential risks early
• Experience communicating directly with owners, engineers, architects, and client representatives
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and project plans
• Experience supporting estimating efforts, bid reviews, and pre-bid meetings
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
