Job Title: Project Manager 

Classification: Full-Time, Exempt 

Salary: DOE

Reports to: VP of Sales

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm (occasional evenings/weekends as needed) 

Location: In-Office (no remote), 5000 N Basin Ave., Portland, OR 97217 


General Summary:

A Project Manager is a versatile and self-motivated individual who is the visionary leader for an overall program or large, complex project. Their role is to map out and define the list of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach the overall goal. A Project Manager focuses on strategy and implementation. They may have one or more Project Managers assigned to their team and are responsible for delegating and overseeing projects appropriately.

To be successful in the position, a Project Manager will mainly focus on the operational elements of the program/project such as, meeting deadlines, staying within budget and completing deliverables. The ability to anticipate issues and understand the questions to ask in order to clarify job instructions and client expectations are critical to being successful in this position.


Essential Functions:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Respond to emails and project requests in a timely manner.
  • Keep projects organized and follow up to ensure work continues moving forward.
  • Identify potential issues and take ownership of finding solutions.
  • Coordinate with other departments when assistance is needed while maintaining ownership of the project.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Follow established processes while using good judgment when a situation requires a different approach.
  • Help identify ways to improve processes and make projects run more efficiently

  • Knowledge of ePs software is a plus but not required for a quick learner. 


Minimum Experience and Education Required:

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in project management, production coordination, apparel, promotional products, print, or a related field preferred.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time as well as stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
