Project Manager – Commercial Construction (New Jersey)

We’re working with a well-established General Contractor specializing in commercial construction projects across New Jersey.

They’re looking to bring on both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work.

The company delivers a range of commercial projects including corporate interiors, healthcare, retail, industrial, and ground-up builds, managing projects from early design through to completion.

The role:

• Manage projects from preconstruction through to closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of project management processes
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
• Someone proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
