Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Schedule: Lead technical and schedule goals, evaluate contractual requirements, manage change orders, and adapt priorities to meet customer needs.
• Financial Management: Drive profitability, manage invoicing, conduct financial forecasting, and oversee project procurement.
• Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage and mentor a team of ~3 direct reports and ~10 total personnel; provide oversight for third-party construction firms.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong customer relationships, systematically communicate risks and progress, and assist in winning new projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of PM experience in commercial or data center electrical construction, including field experience coordinating with construction management.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong background in electric power engineering, scheduling, bidding, take-offs, and contracts.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and portfolio-profitability management skills.
• Education & Credentials:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (strongly preferred).
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (a plus).
