Project Manager – Restoration & Mitigation

Salary: $80,000 per year

Position Summary

We are hiring for a growing restoration and mitigation company seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee field operations and lead project teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on restoration experience who can manage people, projects, and timelines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects including water, fire, and mold mitigation
• Oversee daily field operations and job schedules
• Lead and support field teams and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits and ensure work meets company standards
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
• Track project progress, documentation, and timelines
• Resolve onsite issues and keep jobs moving efficiently
• Ensure safety and industry compliance on all projects

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and mitigation
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working in both field and office environments

Preferred Experience

• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
• Insurance claims or adjuster interaction experience
• General construction or rebuild knowledge
