Job Description: Project Manager – Strategic Action Coordination

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the tracking, coordination, and follow-up of departmental initiatives and action items resulting from customer feedback and performance reviews. This role is essential in ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and transparent reporting of progress to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage and deliver executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage resource allocation.
• Oversee the intake, tracking, and closure of action items from customer and internal business reviews.
• Drive regular follow-ups and reminders to maintain accountability and momentum.
• Identify and escalate delays or risks to leadership with clear context and resolution recommendations.
• Validate completion of action items with stakeholders and ensure alignment with expectations.
• Facilitate recurring review meetings to assess progress and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and align with organizational goals.
• Perform risk management to minimize project disruptions and maintain continuity.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a customer-facing or cross-functional environment.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or manufacturing sector.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Expertise in developing and managing project plans that clearly display milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience working with performance scorecards, KPIs, or customer success metrics.
• Experience interacting with customers, functional managers, and executives.
