Position Overview:

The HR Project Manager will lead and support strategic initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring efficient recruiting operations and process optimization. This role combines project management expertise with hands-on recruiting coordination, data analytics, and continuous improvement to deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Position Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be required to perform a full range of skills and services, including but not limited to:

Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor HR and recruiting-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and status reports for leadership.

Recruiting Coordination

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruiting cycle.

Data & Analytics

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, diversity metrics).
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights for Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Prepare regular reports to inform decision-making and identify trends.

Process Improvement

  • Assess current recruiting workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement tools, templates, and automation to streamline recruiting operations.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across the Talent Acquisition team.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between HR, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes and systems. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in HR project management, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and drive results through collaboration.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
