Project Manager

Location: Draper, Utah

Position: Full-Time, In-Person

Pay: $70,000-$90,000 DOE

Lashbrook is a growing manufacturer of custom men’s wedding bands based in Draper, Utah. We combine craftsmanship, innovation, technology, and exceptional service to create products that are meaningful to both our retail partners and their customers.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can help us turn ideas into results while strengthening the relationships and culture that make Lashbrook successful.

The Role

This is not a technical or IT project management position. Our Project Manager will work across the organization to plan, organize, and drive a wide variety of business projects from concept through completion.

Projects may include inventory initiatives, process and operational improvements, cross-department projects, new programs, and other company priorities. Because the projects will vary considerably, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, curious, organized, and comfortable working with people throughout the company.

This position will report to the CFO.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate projects from initial planning through completion
• Establish project goals, timelines, responsibilities, and key milestones
• Keep projects moving and make sure commitments and deadlines don't fall through the cracks
• Coordinate work across departments and bring the right people together to solve problems
• Identify roadblocks and proactively work toward solutions
• Communicate project status, priorities, and issues clearly to management and team members
• Help improve processes and identify opportunities to make the organization more effective
• Build strong working relationships throughout the company
• Help create accountability while maintaining a positive, collaborative approach
• Take ownership of projects and follow through until the work is truly complete

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant project management, operations, business, or similar experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field preferred
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• Strong communicator who can work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Natural relationship builder who earns trust and brings people together
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• Comfortable working in an environment where projects and priorities can change
• Good judgment and practical problem-solving skills
• Someone who takes responsibility rather than waiting to be told what to do
