Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: $70,000$100,000 annually

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in heavy highway construction and familiarity with DOT projects. This role requires hands-on field experience and the ability to successfully manage projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage heavy highway construction projects

- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules

- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and contract requirements

- Review and interpret plans, technical drawings, and contracts

- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

- Identify and resolve project challenges efficiently

- Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and cost controls

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy highway construction

- Proven hands-on field experience

- Familiarity with DOT standards and processes

- Strong problem-solving abilities

Technical Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and contracts
