Lead and execute water, fire, and mold restoration projects
Respond to emergency losses and participate in fair on‑call rotations
Work closely with teammates to deliver high-quality service
Take ownership of jobs, documentation, and customer communication
Grow your skills through paid continuing education and additional certifications
At least 1 IICRC certification (WRT, OCT, CCT, FSRT preferred)
Valid driver’s license (no more than 2 infractions in the last 3 years)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic and willingness to handle after-hours emergencies
Experience in restoration and comfort with physically demanding work

$250 per on-call rotation week (paid regardless of call volume)

Most technicians earn $55,000–$65,000 annually, with higher earnings possible as they gain certifications and take on more complex jobs.
