We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager and Estimator in the Heavy Civil sector to join our dynamic team in Albany, NY. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation, review, and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Implement Procore for project management, tracking progress, and maintaining communication with all parties involved.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets using Heavybid, ensuring accurate cost estimation and financial tracking.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Heavybid software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
