Must have Constriction and Piping experience.

1.Develop and promote fair and positive relationships with team members.

2.Heavy full cycle bid experience.

3.Post award experience.

4.*National Piping Code knowledge.

5.Experience in commercial or healthcare, k-12 or industrial or conceptual estimating (budgets, schematic design) construction experience.

6.Will relocate.

7.Experience with vendors, subcontractors.

8.Need Quotesoft or Accubid or other estimating software experience.

Team culture, communication, buyouts, write a scope letter, kickoffs, post mortems.
