What We’re Doing

Our most advanced radar systems are designed by our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team and we are looking for highly talent individuals, like yourself, with a passion for RADAR and Electronic Warfare Technology. We provide surface, air and undersea solutions, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors.

The Work
This Project Engineer will lead teams in the System Product (SP) Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Ground Base Air Surveillance(GBAS) Radar Submarket Segment. This role is a Deputy IPT lead to the Product Line SP IPT lead. The SP IPT scope on each program includes Systems Integration and Test, Tech Manuals , Training & Logistics Products.
The SP IPT Lead will be
responsible for the following;
- Executing Program IPT Scope
- Contribute to and Assist the Product line (PL) IPT lead.
- Accountable for technical, cost, and schedule performance of IPT work scope for assigned programs
- Leads IPT in planning and execution of IPT scope for assigned programs
- Manage competing priorities within your assigned programs
- Continually seeks new more cost-effective processes, and technical functionality
- Interface with Manufacturing to resolve issues during Integration and Test activities on assigned programs
- Interface with HW, SW and Systems Engineering to resolve issues during Integration & Test, and Logistics product development
- Ensures IPT technical and programmatic risks are identified and managed
- Monitors IPT performance for assigned programs including earned value management and technical progress measures
- Provides timely and accurate resource requirements (people/skills, tools, infrastructure, …) to discipline leads
- Provides stakeholder performance feedback
- Supports mentoring and career development team
- Proactively communicates with all constituents
- Leads IPT and models RMS culture imperatives to meet IPT, program, and business key objectives Relationships Matter, One Team, Be Bold, Embrace Change, All In

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :
- Project Management experience
-- Experience with proposal Basis of Estimate (BOE) Development
- CAM Certified with 2 years of experience (Earned Value)
- Experience Program Planning/Baselining (Cost & Schedule)
- Experience with technical Baseline Management
- Systems, Integration & Test experience/knowledge
- Experience with sustainment (Training, Tech Manuals, & Logistics)
- Experience building and leading teams Team
- Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 9 years of expereince

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
