Job Description

Join our Weapons Integration Team as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and play a critical role in ensuring mission success for some of the world’s most advanced aircraft programs. In this position, you will lead cost, schedule, and technical performance planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver precise, data-driven program results.


What You Will Be Doing
As a CAM, you will manage and execute control accounts, ensuring alignment of program objectives with resources, budgets, and schedule milestones. You will serve as a primary liaison between leadership, engineering, and program stakeholders to ensure effective execution and reporting.
  • Develop, track, and manage control accounts across multiple program areas, including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Prepare and validate Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation to support program proposals and execution plans.
  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to monitor program performance and forecast variances.
  • Collaborate with engineering, program management, and business teams to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Interface with senior leadership and customer representatives to provide program status, updates, and recommendations.

You are a detail-oriented, results-driven program professional with experience managing complex defense programs. You bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, are comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, and can collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve mission objectives.

This role supports planning, execution, and performance management for the Weapons Integration Team on advanced aircraft programs.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development)
- Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS (Earned value management)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired skills

- Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Project/program management experience
- Experience with large scale military programs.
- Experience operating in a Agile work cycle
- Demonstrated knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation)

- Systems engineering experience
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and
problem-solving skills
- Familiar w/ LM Aero EV tools to manage

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
