In the Victor Portfolio, you will be responsible for developing programmatic artifacts and engaging with customers, and internal leadership on a unique, new effort. You will be part of a growing team building these new program and customer relationships from the ground up.
· Become a cost account manager (CAM) for the Victor Portfolio
· As the CAM, you will be responsible for collaborating with finance and agile leadership, developing monthly budgets, ETCs, and VARs, and reporting status to both customer and program leadership
· Support the development and execution of Interim Design Reviews, PMRs, and Planning Meetings
· Facilitate internal reviews and approvals and prepare briefing packages for senior leadership and internal customers as required
· Support continuous-improvement initiatives for IPT processes, tooling and metrics
· Support the cost volumes and Basis of Estimates development for ECPs and new proposal activities.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (technical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience writing, handling, organizing, and coordinating documentation/data
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to become a CAM and manager a control account
• Experience working with Agile teams leveraging Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance (Must be a US citizen)
Desired skills
· Prior CAM or Agile Lead (Product Owner, RTE, Scrum Master) experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively with peers, customers, and supervisors and to build professional relationships.
· Basic project-coordination experience (e.g., creating task lists, maintaining schedules, tracking status) with exposure to formal project-management tools.
· Familiarity with the engineering lifecycle stages (system definition, design, build, test, and field deployment) through coursework, internships, or early-career assignments.
· Experience participating in cross-functional teams to help resolve technical questions and support problem-solving efforts.
Prior proposal support experience, writing BOEs, reviewing technical and costs volumes.
· Capability to assist technical leads and peers in tracking cost, schedule, and scope items and to provide clear status updates.
· Familiarity with demo preparation, planning, and execution.

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
