Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Travel

Frequent travel will be required. Must have a valid driver’s license.

  Responsibilities include:

• Develop accurate budgets for capital and field construction projects
• Manage capital and field construction projects
• Manage contractor performance to safety, quality, and productivity metricsandnbsp;
• Design and management of new plant installations and process improvement projectsandnbsp;
• Support of critical plant maintenance projects
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, corporate and contractors
• Must be able to manage multiple projects throughout the district simultaneously
• Must be able to read blueprints and provide oversight for steel fabrication and erection, concrete installation including experience with concrete forming systems and detailed surveying skills
• Work with AutoCAD software for plant design
• Perform all other related duties as assigned
• Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mining engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience required

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry
• Some exposure to dust, sand, gravel, diesel exhaust, etc.
