| 1 | Develops project objectives by reviewing project job scopes and confer with Processing Department and Machinary team; | |||
| 2 | Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; | |||
| 3 | Determines project specifications and project schedule by studying project design and customer requirements; | |||
| 4 | Completing relevant technical studies and preparing cost estimates with purchasing dept.; | |||
| 5 | Prepare project status reports and keep track of construction plan; | |||
| 6 | Propose scope of work to contractors and engineering design team; | |||
| 7 | Review design drawings provided by Engineering Design company, and construction contractors; | |||
| 8 | Maintains project documents,including drawings, permit letter ,warranty letter etc. | |||
| 9 | Collaborate with the senior engineers to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability | |||
| 10 | Assign and manange daily installation tasks to Utility team members | |||
| 11 | Site support all construction team and contractors to make sure job accompolished on time; | |||
| 12 | Support Utility manager on CIP projects management, complete KPI assessment; | |||
| 13 | Support Utility manager on PM , Overhaul and Shutdown schedules and documents preparation; | |||
| 14 | Support on all Utility teams to purchase and manage spare parts; | |||
| 15 | Support Utility Manager on daily routine and coordinate team members; | |||

| Job Requirements | Language | Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. | ||
| Experience | 1+ years manufacturing and project manangement experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. | |||
| Education | Bachelor's Degree or Higher (GED) | |||
| Physical Condition | The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions. c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are. d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors. e.
