Focus: The Project Engineer supports the planning and execution of capital and expense projects across Olin’s Texas Operations facility – a large, integrated chemical manufacturing complex. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and other project managers, the Projects Engineer helps ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget utilizing project engineering practices. This role offers hands‑on experience with project methodologies, Front-End Loading (FEL), and regulatory requirements in an OSHA PSM and EPA RMP environment.
Project Engineer Essential Job Functions:
Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil preferred
3+ years of experience in project engineering related roles; Chemical manufacturing or related industry experience required
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Must be flexible during off hours to support plant operations
Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
