Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly project activities across mining, processing, maintenance, and infrastructure projects
- Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables; report variances and risks to project leadership
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work plans, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports
- Serve as a communication liaison between operations, engineering, contractors, vendors, and management
- Support procurement activities by tracking purchase orders, material deliveries, and equipment availability
- Assist with contractor onboarding, site access coordination, and compliance documentation
- Monitor progress of above‑ground construction and operational improvement projects
- Support change management processes and update project plans as scope or priorities shift
- Duties as assigned
