Roles and Responsibilities

 Lead and oversee project logistics activities covering air and ocean freight, inland transportation,

 Manage logistics from manufacturing facilities in Korea and Mexico under FOB terms, including

shipment planning, milestone tracking, document control, exception management, and

supervision of third-party logistics providers.

 Align production schedules, shipping plans, warehouse readiness, and customer requirements to

maintain committed project delivery dates; identify schedule risks early and drive recovery plans

when required.

 Oversee Texas warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, inbound receiving, storage,

outbound processing, shipping documentation, and Warehouse Management System (WMS)

 Supervise internal logistics personnel and third-party warehouse and transportation providers;

establish priorities, review performance, resolve escalated issues, and verify completion of

required operational tasks.

 Coordinate outbound schedules directly with customers, contractors, project teams, and

warehouse personnel, and ensure that packing lists, delivery documents, bills of lading, and

related records are complete and accurate.

 Conduct regular warehouse visits and operational reviews; evaluate capacity, layout, safety,

inventory controls, staffing, and service levels, and arrange or negotiate additional warehouse

space and services when needed.

 Develop and manage project logistics budgets, review vendor invoices, support payment

processing, monitor commitments and actual costs, and investigate cost variances.

 Analyze freight, warehouse, handling, and expedited-shipping costs; prepare periodic forecasts,

performance metrics, and management reports with recommendations for cost and process

improvement.

 Manage logistics vendors and commercial performance, including quotation review, service

scope confirmation, issue escalation, payment coordination, and support for contract or rate

negotiations.

 Maintain end-to-end logistics visibility and provide concise internal reports on production

status, shipment milestones, inventory, delivery risks, budget status, vendor performance, and

required management actions.

 Oversee project construction administration activities and verify that assigned staff properly

maintain required records and processes, including insurance documentation, Davis-Bacon Act

compliance, certified payroll or attendance records, workforce documentation, and other

project administrative requirements.

 Coordinate with Field Service, Project Management, Finance, Procurement, factories,

customers, contractors, and headquarters to resolve cross-functional logistics and project

administration issues.

 Establish and improve standard operating procedures, internal controls, reporting formats, and

escalation processes for logistics, warehousing, and project administration.

 Travel regularly to the Texas warehouse and project sites and accept extended assignments

when operational or project conditions require on-site management.
