Job Summary
General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a provider of military and commercial engineering services. GA-SI is a leading-edge expert in systems integration technologies, reliability improvements, and controls system design.
This position is responsible for leading and managing personnel sustainment support activities across all phases of operations, including pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment support as required. In alignment with organizational goals and established policies and procedures, this role coordinates team activities to ensure operational readiness, personnel compliance, and mission success. The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and metrics reflecting team activities and operational status.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:- Leads and directs a team through all phases from pre-deployment through deployment, ensuring all required training and administrative tasks are complete.
- May participate in the planning, selection, retention, and development of staff.
- Conducts risk management.
- Supervise functional supervisors which a permanent Field Service Reps to ensure that the customer receive quality, trained personnel deployed CONUS and OCONUS to support company programs.
- Plans and assigns activities for subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Participates in the development of operational procedures to include but not limited to training quality and efficiency.
- Manage deployment schedule and technical efforts of cross team functional area to support company and customer operations off-site.
- Provides leadership and supervises the daily operation of the department by prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
- Provides management with reports to examine status and give recommendations as required and works within budget requirements.
- Interfaces with other departments, locations, and units to ensure maximum customer support.
- Assigns tasks, reviews work and provides direction to staff while ensuring processes are met within established timelines.
- Participates in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of human resources to ensure the availability of the required talent.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
- Ability to maintain program specific security clearance.

Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and three or more years of progressive professional project administration experience. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Must demonstrate a general understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
- Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
- Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes.
- Must be customer focused and possess:

- Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.
