• Align global sales channels to ensure greenfield plant investments lead to above-market, profitable aftermarket growth.
• Develop and manage maintenance and service growth programs
• Lead the global service deliverables portfolio and differentiation strategy.
• Drive efficiency to increase maintenance event order volumes.
• Be responsible for global service analytics, funnel/forecast reporting, and CRM tools
• Leverage digital tools, site walkdowns, and asset reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead global Parts and Lifecycle Services standard process initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent related experience will be considered in lieu of education
• 5+ years of work in sales, service, marketing, or related experience 
• Experience in optimally communicating at various levels of an organization
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

• MBA, Marketing, or similar
