The Program Quality Lead (PQL) in Advanced Technology – Advanced Sensors and Integration Systems (AT-AISS) will be responsible for promoting and executing a thorough quality mindset, practices, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. This individual will oversee the implementation of strategic quality improvements on multiple programs and will develop a team of matrixed reports.
This role is a blend and encompasses PQL and Quality Engineering tasks. Responsibilities include support of development, production and hardware sell-off. You will engage our labs, factories and suppliers that aid the Advanced Technology portfolio, and implement quality processes to meet program milestones. You will be directly involved with design verification tests, qualification efforts, demonstration test events, and engage with Raytheon Suppliers.
This role will be the primary Mission Assurance interface for the customers and suppliers, ensuring the effective implementation of all the Quality and Mission Assurance requirements of the program, and providing oversight and coordination to supplier quality managers supporting program requirements. AT programs are typically in the Science & Technology phase of design and development.
The PQL will develop a matrixed team of employees that includes SMEs in Mission Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance. This program will face challenges consistent with a new product development requiring the Program Quality Lead to utilize advanced leadership and management skills to ensure all issues, challenges are effectively and efficiently driven to closure.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
