Required Skills and Education

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of BAE Systems program management policies/procedures (Lifecycle Management, Earned Value).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree 

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Development program experience
  • Top Secret Clearance
