Job Description:
VAXCOM LLC, (A Parsons Company) is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will be the lead engineer for a robust federal Enterprise Unified Communications team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the technical lead for an enterprise voice communications team providing expertise and innovation in system design, testing implementation, and troubleshooting of national and global unified communication networks and systems.
Designing, directing, and implementing the deployment of enterprise voice, video, and telepresence systems and networks.
Managing, maintaining, and deploying software applications, servers, high-capacity storage, cloud-based systems and related equipment.
Directing tier support assets in providing technical solutions for voice and video operations, working with Cisco Unified Communications and telepresence systems.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
10+ years experience working in IT/voice and data networking systems and platforms.
5+ years experience in identifying, analyzing, defining, and coordinating user, customer, and stakeholder needs and translating them into technical requirements.
5+ years experience in researching, planning, testing, coordinating, integrating, and delivery of technical projects, with an emphasis on voice and data networking efforts.
Relevant certification in networking such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Security Plus, or Avaya credentials.
3+ years experience in leading multi-disciplined teams
5+ years experience in briefing preparation, presentation, and delivery of verbal and visual reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience working in a classified environment with/for Intelligence Community (IC) agencies.
Experience working with fiber optics infrastructure.
Formal project or program management certification
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
