Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Individual Contributor Level 4 to lead the reporting and performance tracking efforts for the AMMM Line of Business. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic reporting through the EPRS system, supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 level meetings, and driving program excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of program performance metrics, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
EPRS System Reporting
Own and manage the AMMM Line of Business EPRS (Enterprise Program Reporting System) reporting process.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely updates within the EPRS system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and input program performance data.
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Meeting Support
Prepare and deliver comprehensive data packages for Tier 1 and Tier 2 program performance meetings.
Facilitate data collection and synthesis from multiple stakeholders to support strategic discussions.
Track action items and follow-ups from meetings to ensure accountability and resolution.
Program Performance Scorecards
Develop and maintain program performance scorecards that reflect key metrics, trends, and insights.
Analyze performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Present scorecard findings to leadership and recommend data-driven actions.
Mission Success Event Reporting
Lead the creation and distribution of Mission Success Event reports.
Coordinate with program teams to capture success criteria, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Ensure reports are aligned with organizational standards and communicated effectively.
Executive & High-Level Reporting
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level reporting related to program performance and excellence.
Ensure all reporting requirements are met for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Deliver high-quality, visually compelling reports and presentations that support strategic decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with enterprise reporting systems (e.g., EPRS, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience working independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting executive-level reporting and strategic meetings
Experience with data analytics

Desired skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with aerospace or defense industry program structures.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level narratives.
Advanced Data Visualization & Storytelling: Ability to create compelling visual narratives using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate complex data to executive audiences.
Project Management Expertise: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, MS Project) to coordinate reporting timelines and deliverables.
Executive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for senior leadership, including the ability to synthesize technical data into strategic insights.
Change Management Experience: Understanding of organizational change principles to support adoption of new reporting processes or performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across departments and functions to gather data, align on metrics, and ensure consistency in reporting.
Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Experience in identifying and communicating program risks and opportunities through data-driven assessments.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Familiarity with performance improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance & Governance Awareness: Understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance practices related to program reporting.
Automation & Scripting Skills: Basic proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) to automate data gathering and reporting tasks.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
