We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit and project management expert to help align our organization and specialists throughout the company to create specific defense solutions and products focused on our mission. The Program Manager works with the technical program leadership to lead project team activities and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving individual project goals. This position reports to the Executive Director of Defense Projects and is expected to grow over time, through alignment of the business unit, growth in direct reports, and strategic partnerships. Flexibility, self-direction, team orientation, and the ability to manage high levels of ambiguity are a must.

Pay Range:
$91,800.00 - $153,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
