We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Aerospace and Defense Program Manager to drive success and growth across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, contract manufacturing, and account support functions. They will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring successful project execution, and driving overall business performance.

Here’s how your day may look:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple facilities to ensure seamless operations and to exceed customer expectations
• Lead the creation of project proposals, account analysis, and execution of estimating and new product introductions (NPI)
• Manage multiple A&D accounts with a total annual volume ranging from $7M to $15M.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to achieve FAST growth expectations of 20%+ revenue increase annually
• Work within a fast-paced, evolving contract manufacturing environment, serving multiple OEMs with varying expectations
• Escalate and resolve product delivery challenges by leveraging your manufacturing or engineering experience
• Solve Problems Before They Exist. Anticipate challenges, adapt strategies, and keep everything moving forward.
