Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

Duties

  • As the point of contact on assigned projects, this position performs a variety of highly skilled duties including using data and feedback from sales, estimating and the build department to create project routing and timing charts for the job.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
  • Monitors and facilities status of jobs and communicates status updates to internally sales department and to customer.
  • Maintains and tracks the status of job/projects with regards to time frame and budget.
  • Identifies any potential delays and works with purchasing, the build department and quality to try and remedy any delays.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in Aerospace industry is required.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Working Knowledge of Project Financials.

  • Demonstrated ability in supervising teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Strong conflict management skills to address team dynamics constructively.

  • Experience in program development with a track record of successful project outcomes.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
