Facilitate, bridge and align studio management plans across game prototyping, game design, art, technical art, software engineering, audio and test groups.
Manage and coordinate in-studio collaborative work of the portfolio and product development plans and teams.
Act as a Scrum master for team, manage & execute sprint ceremonies
Support Studio Management via the development of all studio plans and schedules and own schedule management performance ensuring all initiatives meet desired milestones.
Ensure studio communication flows and manage resolutions covering work handoffs, external studio dependencies, management development decisions and resource planning.
Assist the studio management team with risk assessment and risk management via weekly sprint oversight, task tracking evaluation and continuing assessment of hardware and software dependencies.
Create, measure, manage and report on the development schedule milestones at weekly studio meetings and game reviews.
Multitask effectively across multiple projects
Total experience of 8 to 10 yrs with at least 4 to 6 yrs of relevant experience
Possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Hand on experience of managing software delivery projects.
Hands on experience as mentioned in job requirements. Includes problem solving skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Excel & PowerPoint) and good presentation skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI would be viewed favorably.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and make confident decisions.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
Education/degree: MCA, BE, B Tech
8 to 10 yrs with at least 4 to 6 yrs of relevant experience
One or more certification in project management, MS Office, Power BI will be an advantage
