Job Overview:

Program Manager


Education: Graduate of a U.S. High School, trade, or industrial school.


Experience: Ten (10) years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or managerial or supervisory experience in engineering projects involving shipboard installations or repair of naval ships HM&E equipment. Eight (8) years of experience using Microsoft Office based software including Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Project.  three (3) years of deck plate experience working with marine electricians, marine mechanics, welders, brazers, and machinists. 

Physical Demands and Expectations:

  • Regular physical activity includes walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, standing and prolonged sitting.
  • Ability to speak, read, hear and write, with or without assistance.
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems, copier, fax and other office equipment.
