Job Overview:

Position Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for leading product development programs from concept through production release, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. This role manages cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Education

· • BS/BA degree in Engineering or Business required

· • PMP certification preferred but not required

Experience

· • 5–7 years of experience as a program manager or in a related engineering role

· • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

· • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

· • Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite

Scope

This position operates at an intermediate level of responsibility, focusing on managing programs of moderate complexity. The Program Manager ensures adherence to established processes and supports continuous improvement initiatives without direct responsibility for strategic process development.

Functional Responsibilities

· • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets

· • Identify and mitigate risks and deviations

· • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

· • Coordinate cross-functional team activities to meet program objectives

Supervision

Works under general supervision and leads cross-functional teams. Does not supervise other program managers.

Pursuant to New York law, Drive Medical provides a salary range in job advertisements. The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements. The provided salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits which may be offered to the applicant, if eligible according to the company’s policies.
