The Program Coordinator supports the execution of new product and R&D programs by maintaining program documentation, tracking deliverables, and coordinating activities across functions. This role ensures timely communication, status updates, and completion of supporting tasks under the direction of a Program Manager or Senior Program Manager.
Education:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field.
Experience:
• 1–3 years in a program support, project coordination, or administrative role.
• Manufacturing or engineering environment exposure is preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP or program launch processes is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Work is typically performed in an office environment with occasional visits to manufacturing plants. Candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
