We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Profile Extrusion Manager to join our team in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you will oversee the profile extrusion process, ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets our high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the profile extrusion department, ensuring production goals are met.
• Supervise and mentor three Supervisors, including their team of extrusion operators and technicians.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve product quality and production methods.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development for team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in profile extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
