CNC Lathe Operator

What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision machined components
Read and follow blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
Load programs, verify tooling, offsets, and first-piece quality
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for assigned equipment
Work steadily to meet production schedules without sacrificing quality
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience operating CNC lathes in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and respect for machining standards
Comfortable following established processes and documentation
Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
Dependable, consistent, and safety-minded
Someone who prefers doing the work well over talking about the work
